Applying At CoreFirst Q&A
It is not necessary to have a resume and cover letter to apply for an open position. However, it is highly recommended that you submit them (upload) so we can learn as much as possible about you.
Once you submit your application, you should receive an application received notification. The next step in the process is to complete a short assessment which takes about 10-15 minutes. Your qualifications will be reviewed and if you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted.
If the assessment link does not open, please try clicking on the link below to access it:

Still having trouble with the link? Try a different browser if possible. Or contact CoreFirst Human Resources at 785.267.8900 for assistance.
You should receive word if you are no longer in consideration for a role you applied to – either by email or directly from the recruiter. If for some reason you have not heard from us for several weeks, we may have moved forward with other candidates for that role. We encourage you to keep an eye out for future opportunities and apply again when a role matches your experience and interests. We’ll also keep your resume on file and reach out to you if we think you may be a good fit.
If you were not selected for a particular role, you may always reapply for other openings. We do recommend that you apply for those roles that align with your experience and interests.
If you’d like to be notified of new job opportunities with CoreFirst, sign up for job alerts. Job Alerts will allow you to apply as soon as new opportunities are available.
Yes, you can apply for more than one role at a time and use the same candidate profile. However, we do recommend that you apply only for those roles that align with your experience and interests.
If you need to reset your password, navigate to the login page, select “Forgot Password” below the login and follow the prompts.
If your email address is no longer active, a new candidate record will need to be created.
