Becoming a millionaire takes discipline, energy and focus. Many successful people maximize concentration by taking the time to work on their physical health in addition to their financial health!

Here are just a few ways people with millionaire mindsets use health to keep their minds sharp:

  1. Get Enough Sleep. Millionaires tend to get up earlier than others to get in a few hours of uninterrupted work. For sustained mental clarity throughout a day that starts early, it’s important to get enough sleep the night before! Aim to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.

  2. Exercise Regularly. Physical activity improves mood, concentration and energy. The discipline needed to achieve fitness goals can also help you achieve success at work!

  3. Get Proper Nutrition. Eating foods full of nutrients gives you the energy you need to work hard, get the most out of your exercise and maintain mental sharpness.  

  4. Practice Mental Wellness. Mental wellness is an important part of your overall health. Many millionaires practice mindfulness, meditation or otherwise spend part of their day in reflection.  

  5. Combine Work and Movement. If there’s just not enough time in your day for a workout, try combining work with movement! For example, you could start taking meetings while walking instead of sitting in your office.
